Is ADSA a 'fun' place to work?

it was about 5 years ago, it has all gone a bit american now. and they only care about profit andd performance compared with other stores. the whole idea of 'put the customer first' has gone right out the window.
well they would go a bit american as they are owned by an american company! I do know what you mean tho, all this Greeter at the door stuff and 'have a nice day'!
well yes, i suppose they are walmart but, what i mean is the whole manager system seems a bit far fetched. if the top dogs want to judge attendance, then its a serious offence to phone in sick. everyone has to sign a form saying they wont get ill. by the next week they will want to judge us by availability, so going sick is ok now but if theres a gap on the shelf we'll get a warning! next week it will be wages spend so its an offence to work a minute over our contract, so leave the shelves empty and clock out!!!
